Telomeres, or why some age better than others

What is the cause of the aging process? How do biological and chronological ages differ? And how can we influence our biological age, or promote anti-aging? From a certain age, we only want one thing: to remain mentally and physically fit. Few people know that it is up to us that this actually happens.
