Achieving New Year's resolution or any Monday resolution comes down to one thing: building a habit routine around the goal you've set for yourself. Building habits successfully take five key steps and has a lot to do with wiring your brain for success, executing little steps on a regular basis and planning for excuses. Even losing weight is about building a habit.

Now wake the champion in you with this simple trick!

Having a mindset for fitness and health? We recently shared in a closed event an approach about "getting better or dropping" - "Up or Out". Many of you asked then during the training it would be cool to learn more about my and AURUM's mindset. Many of the mental models that I have acquired as a competitive athlete run in my subconscious, so I found this a good idea to become aware of it again.

You should stretch too, right?

Ahhhh ... the tiresome subject of the flexibility and long lean muscles. It's healthy when you hit the ground with your hands in front - can't you do it? Tsss tss tss... Heard many times, nowadays we don't say anything anymore. Of course, you should stretch if you have a shortening! But if not, ask back: why? Is stretching overrated? Stretching can postpone recovery after a HIT workout. So, when to do stretching and when not?

Fit or fat - the basic concept for fat burning

How do we lose weight and what exactly happens in the body when we lose body fat? And how can we achieve this state of fat burning as quickly as possible and in the long term? Many say "It's clear: calories in, calories out! Simply absorb less than you burn." We think there is a better way to burn fat and getting hormones into balance is key.
