  • Fresh parsley and fresh rosemary

Instructions

  1. Heat the oven to 180°C, grease the kitchen tin with a little butter.
  2. Clean, wash, cut the cauliflower and slice it in a food processor or blender until you have a rice-like consistency.
  3. Place the chopped cauliflower in a large bowl and steam for about 4 minutes until it releases the liquid. Let cool down.
  4. Transfer the chopped, cooled cauliflower to a cheese cloth and squeeze as much water out of the cauliflower as possible.
  5. Separate the egg yolk from the egg white. Beat the egg whites with a blender until stiff as fresh snow.
  6. Place 0.25 of the beaten egg white in the bowl with the egg yolks. Add the almond flour, the parmesan, if necessary the garlic, the baking powder, the butter, the salt and the Italian spices. Mix gently with a rubber spatula until everything becomes a mass.
  7. Add the rest of the protein, cauliflower and Italian spices. Mix the ingredients carefully. Do not mix too much as this will break down the protein.
  8. Put the mixture in the greased kitchen pan and sprinkle with sesame, parsley and rosemary. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown.

Let cool, then cut into slices and serve as desired.
